              During the pandemic period, I had gradually realised the value and significance of all the surrounding furniture or home appliances built up to become a ‘home’ for us, a place to sleep peacefully when we are in exhaustion. People could be unmotivated and very dull when they spend most of their time at home. Some of them spend a substantial amount of time on phones, laptops, and computers. Hence, those furniture and home appliances that they neglected are now something that could help with recovering or motivating them in life. Having to focus on a manual activity(eg. DIY, home decoration) means switching off from the madness of emails and social media for a while and taking pleasure in the task ahead.
